  • All classes are Mindful Flow Yoga. Mindful Flow is slow moving, conscious awareness of every pose ensuring safety,  taking the time to connect your breath to your body with each move. Suitable for all levels including Beginners. Focus is on fundamental postures, stretching, strength, breath and relaxation. Some YIN included in every class.
  • Join us on the first Tuesday of the month for Restorative yoga, long held supported poses with the use of props help you find a deep, thorough and prolonged relaxation.
  • Join us the third Thursday each month for YIN yoga where poses are held for longer periods of time improving flexibilty and releasing tension.
  • Book a private class at a time that is convenient for you, learn the correct way to do postures, have a body analysis done and get a flow created just for you. Contact Mary @ 905-655-1971 or [email protected]
